A Yes.  The Design Review Committee must approve all construction of homes, garages, carports, etc.  Minimum size of a home is 2000 sq. ft.

Q Can you build more than one house per lot?

A No.+

Q Will I be able to fence my own property?

A Yes, with certain restrictions.

Q Can I build my home on any part of the lot?

A Yes.  Within guidelines set forth by the CCR’s.

Q What are the taxes on my property?

A The tax rate for 2007 was:

         County Special 0.018
